If you do not agree with the final terms, do not use the site or its resources. A separate written agreement may apply when NurseBuiltAI provides paid training, implementation, speaking, advisory, or other professional services.

Educational information, not individual advice

NurseBuiltAI content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not a substitute for advice from a clinician, lawyer, employer, educator, regulator, accountant, financial adviser, or another qualified professional who understands your specific circumstances.

Examples about study, applications, interviews, careers, business, operations, or AI workflows are illustrations—not promises. They do not guarantee a grade, credential, interview, job offer, employment outcome, business result, regulatory conclusion, or other outcome.

Using this site does not create a clinician–patient, lawyer–client, employment, consultancy, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with NurseBuiltAI.

No replacement for clinical systems or judgment

NurseBuiltAI does not recommend using this website, its content, or general-purpose AI to make, direct, or replace decisions about diagnosis, triage, treatment, medication, monitoring, escalation, discharge, or any other aspect of direct patient care.

Do not use these materials in place of professional judgment, approved clinical systems, organizational policy, supervision, current evidence, or guidance from an appropriately qualified professional. If a workplace or academic institution has stricter rules, those rules take priority.

You are responsible for verification

AI outputs and online information can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for a particular context. Before relying on a workflow or output, you are responsible for:

• checking claims and citations against current, authoritative sources;
• reviewing the rules of your employer, school, regulator, professional body, or jurisdiction;
• confirming that you have permission to use any data, content, system, or tool involved;
• applying qualified human review before an output is used, shared, or acted upon; and
• stopping and seeking appropriate professional guidance when the risk or context is unclear.

Use the work; respect its source

Unless a resource states otherwise, the original text, visual design, frameworks, downloads, templates, and other materials on this site are owned by or licensed to NurseBuiltAI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the site and use publicly provided resources for your own personal, educational, or internal business purposes, subject to any instructions attached to a specific resource. You may not sell, republish, reproduce at scale, remove notices from, misrepresent the authorship of, or create a competing library from NurseBuiltAI materials without written permission.

Names, logos, and materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. For permission beyond the uses described here, send an enquiry.

Use the site lawfully and responsibly

You must not use the site or its resources to:

• break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or breach a duty of confidence;
• submit malicious code, interfere with site security, or attempt unauthorized access;
• impersonate another person or falsely suggest endorsement by NurseBuiltAI;

NurseBuiltAI may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site, its users, or its materials, subject to the final legal terms.

Other websites and tools have their own terms

The site may link to or embed third-party websites, videos, newsletters, scheduling services, AI tools, and other platforms. A link is provided for convenience or context and does not, by itself, mean that NurseBuiltAI controls, endorses, or guarantees that third party.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms, privacy notice, security practices, availability, and pricing. Review them before sharing information or creating an account. NurseBuiltAI is not responsible for changes made by a third party or for content outside this site.

How connected services handle information will also be described in the Privacy notice once providers and configurations are confirmed.

Professional engagements are separate

Reading the website, joining the newsletter, downloading a resource, sending an enquiry, or booking an introductory call does not create a paid service engagement. Training, workshops, implementation, speaking, sponsorship, advisory work, and other services begin only when the parties enter an appropriate written agreement.

That agreement may define scope, responsibilities, fees, timelines, confidentiality, data boundaries, intellectual-property rights, cancellation, and other engagement-specific terms. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Availability, accuracy, and liability

NurseBuiltAI aims to provide useful, careful material, but does not promise that every page, resource, link, or feature will always be available, complete, accurate, current, secure, or suitable for every purpose. Content and services may change, pause, or be withdrawn.

Once the terms are finalized, this page should show an effective date and clearly identify material revisions.
